Our hands-on, industry specific approach will prepare you with the skills and experience needed to succeed in this rapidly growing field. 13,000 square feet with four new kitchens, a banquet room, a lecture hall, and demonstration classroom. Day and Evening classes are offered to accommodate the working student.Small classes give you the opportunity to work closely with instructors and other students.
